Information we collect and why
When you submit a consultation request, we collect your name, optional organization, email, phone, customer type, project location, service of interest, project description, optional contact preference and the relevant product or solution context. We record your consent, submission time and retention expiry. We use these details to assess your requirements, contact you and manage follow-up. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the website database and accessed through the protected Super Admin dashboard. The website does not send email notifications or email copies of submissions. Our team may use the contact details you provide to respond to your request. Hostinger supplies hosting infrastructure; website files are hosted in Singapore and the hosting plan lists Mumbai for backups.
Retention and deletion
Consultation records, including follow-up notes, are retained for 24 calendar months from submission. An automated cleanup deletes expired records from the active database. We may delete a record sooner when you request deletion. Backup copies are isolated from normal use and expire under the hosting backup schedule; restoring a backup requires running the retention cleanup and reapplying recorded deletions before public access resumes. The final backup schedule must be confirmed before data collection opens.
Cookies and security records
We use essential session and security cookies to protect forms and administrator access. This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Temporary rate limits help prevent abuse. Administrative audit records track actions without copying consultation descriptions or contact details.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Contact info@verdanaiq.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your consultation information. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request concerns your own record. You may withdraw consent for further consultation processing by contacting us.
